Laguna Niguel, CA, March 2, 2010 – Interface Catheter Solutions CPS-1000 provides consistent and accurate neck down tubing to create parisons in preparation for the balloon forming process. The heater jaws are maintained at a constant temperature to reduce cycle time and provide uniform stretched tubing for consistent results. The custom heater jaws can accommodate a wide range of balloon tubing materials and sizes and provide a high throughput with up to 3 tubes per cycle.
The CPS-1000 is easily programmable through the tilt touch screen and capable of storing multiple program parameters, and offers an operator lock-out option. The operator can automatically control the sequence using the touch screen, including timing, draw speed, distance and temperature, for each stretch cycle.
